Jerry Thode joined Tatum in May 2005 as Regional Practice Leader responsible for Tatum’s Technology Leadership Practice in the West. Supporting middle market businesses with different objectives and success drivers creates unique challenges for an organization in terms of initiative priorities, project structures, and rapid deployment. Thode’s Leadership team is constantly confronted to design and deploy capabilities that support the immediate and longer team needs of a diverse client base. Prior to his responsibilities at Tatum, Thode was Area Vice President for Cap Gemni Consulting (previously Area Managing Partner Ernst & Young Consulting) with responsibilities for the Southern California market (1995-2003). He has been responsible for major ERP integration activities, emerging technology deployment such as Knowledge Management and Imaging technology. From 1981-1995 Thode was with Deloitte consulting leading the Los Angeles IT practice in 2003-2005.

Broadcom | Ken Venner | Vice President and CIO
Ken Venner joined Broadcom in August 2000 as Chief Information Officer. Supporting a business composed primarily of engineers that is doubling in size every year creates unique challenges for an IT organization in terms of design, deployment and support. Venner’s organization is challenged to design and deploy capabilities that are available with 99.9% up time (planned and unplanned). Prior to Broadcom, Venner was VP of Product Management and CIO for Rockwell Electronic Commerce from 1997-2000. In those positions he focused on delivering technologies and solutions that could be rapidly implemented allowing customers to focus on increasing revenues and reducing costs. Before joining Rockwell, Venner worked at Lucent Technologies/AT&T Bell Laboratories from 1986-1997.
Toyota Material Handling USA | Jeff Reid | National Manager, Information Technology
Jeff Reid has recently joined Toyota Material Handling USA as their top IT Executive. TMHU is a Sales and Marketing company that has a sharp focus on customer satisfaction and Dealer support & service, relying heavily on IT, including a highly customized SAP application set. Prior to joining TMHU, Reid held several positions for Conexant Systems from 1999-2007 including VP, IT where he led Global IT with an emphasis on building out Engineering support in India and China. Prior to that, Reid was a Director at Western Digital Corporation where he revitalized the Infrastructure in 1998 and 1999.
The Irvine Company | Joel Manfredo | Senior Vice President, Information Technology
Joel Manfredo has served in transformation CIO roles at three of the premier real estate companies in the United States. Accomplishments include thought leading work on IT assessment, governance and architecture. Results include quadrupling output, creating the industry’s first CRM system (before CRM was a coined term), being names one of the top 100 CIOs in the US and receiving a lifetime achievement award from Realcomm “for consistently demonstrating leadership qualities related to the Real Estate IT industry, for willingness to test and implement leading-edge technologies and for persistence in the quest for international best practices”. Previous responsibilities included running a $42 million commercial real estate business where he orchestrated a $9.1 million business turnaround in three years and was heavily involved in energy efficiency.
Option One and H&R Block Mortgage | Allan Lubitz | Senior Vice President and CIO
Lubitz is responsible for establishing and implementing the enterprise technology vision, managing global IT investments and providing leadership for the software solutions, data center operations, information security and business continuity for Option One and H&R Block Mortgage. During his 25+ year career in the financial and hi-tech industries, Allan has held executive positions at Ditech Mortgage, First American, Experian and TRW. Allan serves on the board of OOIPL, an India-based mortgage services company as well as the Mortgage Bankers Association Residential Technology Board. He is also very involved in the community, serving on several boards including Orange County’s Pacific Symphony, Orange County High School of the Arts, and the Foundation for Philanthropy.
OnCURE Medical | John Buccola | CIO
John Buccola serves as Chief Information Officer for OnCURE Medical Corp., a leading provider of cancer treatment services. Mr. Buccola has over twelve years of information technology experience, spanning executive management, solution development, and systems engineering. Mr. Buccola joined OnCURE in March 2007 following an eight year tenure with Alliance Imaging, Inc., a publicly traded provider of diagnostic imaging services based in Anaheim. Mr. Buccola’s past experience includes IT roles at Nissan Motor Corp., Nextel Communications, Coldwell Banker, and The Centris Group. Mr. Buccola holds an MBA in Information Technology and a BA in Business Administration from the University of La Verne. He serves as a board member of the Society for Information Management, Southern California chapter. |
