Reinventing the Workforce -- Competing in the 21st Century TechBiz Connection CEO Roundtable
Today's technology workforce competes in a
rapidly-changing global environment. To succeed, companies need to know
far more than engineering, software development or sales and marketing.
They need hard and soft skills that transcend international boundaries
-- even when the customer is close to home.
Colleges and universities are developing programs
to better graduate candidates who meet today's needs. And tomorrow?
Critical thinking skills must be integrated into education as early as
the elementary grades to assure a globally competitive workforce for
years to come. The investment is significant, but the cost of NOT doing so is much higher.
Join TechBiz Connection for a world class panel
that addresses these issues today and tomorrow. Learn how you can build
a competitive workforce, while looking to the future.
