It's time to decide where your company's IT is headed for the next 12 to 18 months. So you take strategic aim at your infrastructure and development needs. Now what do you do? CIOs and CEOs alike need to know -- not to mention every other stakeholder down the line.

What's working well? What should be updated (or replaced)? And how do you decide the best way to integrate everything? Do you build it yourself with existing IT staff? Do you outsource it? Do you buy and integrate? Is there some ideal balance?

These are all important questions as the IT purse strings loosen up a bit. Yet holding costs in check; that's de rigueur in today's economy. What's the best way to do that while still hitting business-critical targets?

TechBiz Connection, and the kind of first rate panel you've come to expect, will offer you some unique perspectives on the issues, all while taking a shot across the bow of the build, buy or outsource question.

Don't miss this important event. Reserve your seat, and RSVP today!

If you have questions for our panelists, please email them to Jack Bicer at president@TechBizConnection.org.

This event is likely to sell out quickly, so please RSVP today!
