Think you need to be a major industry player to take a bite out of the global economy? Think again! As the emerging China market continues to rapidly grow, technology entrepreneurs and companies of all sizes are looking at cross-sourcing as the next great opportunity. Now you can benefit from low-cost labor resources to fill your development needs -- while at the same time becoming a source for China's own increasing demand for technology products and services. Join ranks with top US technology companies that have secured huge profits through international exchanges of products, technology, labor and information with China. Learn what it takes to position your technology company to penetrate the world’s third largest economy. Whether you're seeking customers, sourcing solutions (or both!), our been-there-done-that panel of experts will give you “insider” information and answers to questions like:

  • What US technology innovations are in demand in China? What technology products and services are government agencies and local businesses seeking? How do you exploit these opportunities?
  • How do you effectively piggyback your own technology development requirements with the opportunity to create new business in the Chinese technology market? How do you find reliable outsourcing companies and the right strategic partners? How do you manage the process and build relationships that will improve your speed to market on both sides of the Pacific?
  • How do you structure your organization for expansion to China? What are the operational considerations? How will local business practices impact your business? What are the regulatory, legal and tax considerations?
  • What risks are associated with doing business in China? How can you minimize the risks while taking full advantage of the upside potential?
  • What US technology innovations are in demand in China? What technology products and services are government agencies and local businesses seeking? How do you exploit these opportunities?
