her career with Hewlett Packard in 1981 and developed the disposable
ink cartridge business. At Quantum she grew their digital tape
business unit to a $300 Million business.

- David Cherin,
CEO
David is the
founder and CEO of White Sands Technology, the leader in the
database management, performance, auditing and data recovery tools
for the Sybase market. With no external funding, White Sands reached
it's current industry leadership due to it's superior technology. A
technologist and a serial entrepreneur, David sold his previous
company Blue Lagoon Software to Mercury Interactive in 1995. Cherin
started programming at the age of 15, started marketing his software
to other software companies at the age of 16 and worked for
Microsoft Consulting Services.

experience with Texas Instruments and Select Software Tools.

company. A 20+ year veteran of the software industry, Jack was the
Chief Technology Officer of InsureTrade and 1GlobalPlace, which was
sold to VeriSign. Jack also runs a consulting practice specializing
in Technology Development, Startups and Turnaround Management.

Gil Figueroa, CEO
Over 30 years in the computer industry with
broad experience ranging from hardware and manufacturing to software
development and retail distribution. Gil is most noted for his
acquisition of PICK Systems Inc. and merging it with Omnis
Software/Raining Data Corp. (RDTA), where he led the company from
$7-million per year to $22-million+ within three years. Gil is
currently developing his next software product for the Software
